A project I developed with Delia Smith (the UK’s most beloved and biggest selling cookery writer) and Ebury (the leading publisher of general non-fiction books in the UK) last year, Delia’s How To Cheat at Cooking has gone to Number 1 in the UK (topping the fiction and non-fiction book charts) selling 48,938 copies in just two days, which makes it one of the fastest selling books since records began.
The book uses an innovative binding technique, and presents a completely new look for Delia (big thanks to John Kernick) - I’m glad it’s off to such a great start.
